For every insurance firm who undertakes insurance business, an Insurance Firm Return must be submitted within three months of its financial year end, using the prescribed form IFR from Part B of Volume 3 (Insurance), together with the required Directors' Certificate, and where applicable, Actuary's Certificate and report.
