The requirement in Paragraph AA-4.2.14 may be waived by the CBB in the case of overseas insurance firms, where (in the opinion of the CBB) equivalent information about the licensee's business relating to policyholders in the Kingdom can be provided annually. The content, format and dates of such an alternative report are subject to the approval of the CBB.
