Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), Venture Capital CIUs, Hedge Funds, Money Market Funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), other than those excluded from the scope of this Module (See CIU-A.1.4) must be in accordance with the relevant CIU’s investment objectives and they reflect the substance of the specialised nature of the CIU.
