All locally incorporated banks listed on the Bahrain Stock Exchange are required to report to the Capital Markets Supervision Directorate of the Central Bank, on a monthly basis, information relating to their Directors' interests in the shares of locally incorporated banks listed on the Bahrain Stock Exchange (in accordance with the provisions set out under Section BR-3.1).
